William Levy, 30, tore off his shirt and romped with Jennifer in the raunchy video for I’m Into You.
The American Idol judge, 11 years his senior, cosied up to muscular William in sensual scenes filmed on Mexico’s Turtle Beach in April.
Now it’s been claimed that Levy separated from his wife of eight years, Elizabeth Gutierrez, just a month after the shoot.
And there are whispers in Hollywood that it could be linked to JLO’s dramatic split from Marc Anthony, 42, after seven years last Friday.
There’s no doubt William was more than a little infatuated with the diva when they filmed together.
He gushed at the time: “It was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. She is a very sincere and fun person.
“I had a really great time. It was wonderful to see that someone so huge could be so down to earth, in addition to being really funny.”
Yesterday, amid new rumours that it was Anthony, rather than JLO, who ended their marriage, Levy’s spokesman insisted he had never had a fling with her.
“The only relationship there was, or is, is a professional relationship,” he said. “That’s all there’s ever been.”
JLO, meanwhile, is throwing herself into work following her separation from Anthony, the dad of her twins Emme and Max, three, and she looked forlorn as she left Milk Studios in Hollywood yesterday.
Anthony is focusing on his career, too – he performed a gig in Bogota, Colombia, at the weekend.
While the news that the couple’s marriage had come to an end came as a shock to many fans, those close to the star reveal it was a long time coming.“This is not a surprise,” JLO’s stylist Phillip Bloch said.
“Marc is very controlling. In the beginning she liked that because he stood up to her and, in the early days, he was very much in love with her and she with him.”
