The 64-year-old is shown in a series of candid, grainy photographs drinking beer from a bottle and dancing with her arms in the air at CafeHavana in Cartagena, Colombia on Saturday night.
Clinton, who was in South America for the Sixth Summit of the Americas, showed up at the popular Cuban bar about 12.45am with a group of friends and bodyguards.
A smiling Mrs Clinton got up and danced the rumba as the band played a series of Cuban tunes before her group left the venue, leaving a $40 tip, the newspaper said.
It comes just a week after the former First Lady met the creators of "Texts from Hillary," a spoof blog featuring photos of a sunglasses-sporting Hillary Clinton that quickly went viral.
However the blog received an unexpected submission from the Secretary of State herself, who was then invited to meet the its creators.

After her night of Colombian clubbing, Clinton's style was celebrated on social networking sites.
"I WANT TO GO DANCING WITH HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON. GURL HMU[hit me up]," tweeted Kasie Rose Nylund.
"i wish i was Hillary Clinton's bff," tweeted Fahduma Majid.
However the choice of a Cuban-themed club was seen as controversial given the long-standing US embargo against Cuba.
The Sixth Summit of the Americas, attended by nearly 30 Western Hemisphere leaders, ended without a joint declaration due in part to divisions over Cuba and whether it should be invited to future summits.
"All the countries here in Latin American and the Caribbean want Cuba to be present. But the United States won't accept," President Evo Morales of Bolivia told reporters late on Saturday. "It's like a dictatorship."
