Former Boxing great Mike Tyson has admitted that he was high on drugs during fights and used a fake penis known he called a "whizzer" to beat drugs tests during his boxing career. 

The details are in Tyson's autobiography, The Undisputed Truth. Tyson reportedly came up for the idea of using the "whizzer" before a 2000 fight against Lou Savarese at Hampden Park. Someone from his team would bring the "Whizzinator" to each of his fights.
