Should #prisoners have right to start family while inside?

Should prisoners have the right to start a family, even though they are in prison. Obviously not, prison is supposed to be a punishment by depriving of things that can be done on "the outside". What deterrent is there to going to prison, if you get the same inside than outside?

Where are the human rights of the victim? The UK is becoming sicker and sicker every day, with judges pandering to criminals under pretext of "Human rights."
