Troops head to Libya as coalition 'creates zone of chaos & instability'

For a fifth night, explosions and gunfire have shaken Tripoli and other Libyan cities as coalition forces conduct more airstrikes. While the allies debate who will take over command of the operation from the U.S., fighting between Gaddafi's troops and the opposition is intensifying in the west of the country.
