First responders at Fukushima nuclear plant/ Video

In Japan, three more workers have been exposed to harmful levels of radiation while connecting electricity at the Fukushima nuclear power-plant. This is raising the question if the people working to make the facility safe are heroes or victims.

But the reactor owner and designers should be first in, swiftly followed by bankers, politicians and nuclear regulators!!!
