Time capsules found after New Z quake

Something that has provided some light in the gloom of the aftermath of the earthquake is the discovery of two time capsules in the rubble of Christchurch Cathedral.
A glass bottle with a piece of parchment inside and a copper cylinder were found by rescuers searching the grounds of the cathedral. They were in the base of a state of John Robert Godley, the Irishman credited with founding Christchurch.
They're both now in the hands of experts from Canterbury Museum.
