French Bank Is Suspected of Violating Blacklistings: Cuba, Iran and Sudan

Julia Boyce, a spokeswoman for BNP Paribas, declined to identify the countries involved, saying she could not comment beyond a statement by the bank on Thursday that explained the contours of the investigation. But one of the people briefed on the matter identified them as Iran, Cuba and Sudan.
