Obama promises veto of GOP 'Plan B' fiscal cliff bill

White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer said the Republican Plan B legislation, which would extend low Bush-era tax rates for Americans making less than $1 million a year, places too big of a burden on the middle class, seniors and students.
