Muclair criticizes CNOOC decision to approve Nexen deal

NDP Leader Mulcair said "Nexen shareholders in Mr. Harper's oilpatch" are the only Canadians he sees benefiting from the decision to approve CNOOC Ltd.'s purchase of Nexen Inc. He also said the government's new rules on foreign investments by state-owned enterprises are unclear.
