Constitutional Law After Obamacare

On Thursday, November 29, 2012, The Manhattan Institute's Center for Legal Policy hosted a conference exploring questions in the wake of the Supreme Court's landmark constitutional decision NFIB v. Sebelius—the Obamacare case. What is the current state of constitutional law? Where is it headed? Where should it go?
