Secretary of State Hillary Clinton To Testify On Benghazi... In December

Fox News has reported that Ms. Clinton will testify in open hearings before the House and Senate foreign affairs committees. The Secretary had previously been asked to testify before the House committee on Nov. 15 but responded that she would be traveling abroad.
