Weekly “Free Alan Gross” Vigils Continue Outside Cuban Interests Section

The Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington continues a weekly vigil outside the Cuban Interests Section (2630 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC) every Monday from noon-1pm.   Vigil sponsorship rotates among local organizations and houses of worship.  Vigils will continue each Monday through the end of the year. Overall organizers are the Interfaith Conference of Metropolitan Washington (IFC) and The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC).

Other participating sponsors include the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, JCRC of Greater Washington, Machar Washington Congregration, Adat Shalom, B'nai Tzedek, Adas Israel Congregation, Am Kolel, Washington Hebrew Congregation, Chevrat Shalom, Kemp Mill Synagogue, Agudas Achim, Temple Beth Ami, Ohev Shalom, Mitzvah Mavens, Beth El, and the Tifereth Israel Congregation.
