Now everyone cries make commitments of cooperation between U.S. and Cuba to fight a possible oil spill, but these politicians and pundits fail to recognize that Cuba has no right to drill in the most dangerous zone of the Gulf of Mexico, without providing absolute warranty that it is trained to avoid an ecological disaster that will affect several countries in the Caribbean basin.
The desperate provocation that this represents part of Cuba, should be considered as what is, a blackmail to the United States, which must act upon an act of a terrorist nature.
