Jack Dorsey, co-founder and chairman of Twitter, and CEO of Square, explains that he had the idea for Twitter when he was eight years old, and first outlined the communications platform when he was 14. His inspiration included police and fire dispatches and other inputs from city life. "I don't consider myself an entrepreneur," Dorsey says. "I consider myself someone who wants to fix things."
