U.S. President Barack Obama has reportedly signed secret orders, allowing CIA teams to enter Libya to gather intelligence and set up links with rebels. Meanwhile, the Libyan Foreign Minister has arrived in Britain, saying he's no longer willing to work under the regime of Colonel Gaddafi.
