Syria unrest

Tens of thousands of Syrians have taken to the streets of Damascus in a show of support for President Bashar al-Assad. Earlier at least three people were reported to have been killed by security forces in the coastal city of Latakia. Protesters are calling for reform. But an adviser to the president said the protests are a plan to cause sectarian divisions.
