How to beat Castro's regime without millions of dollars

For many years different US Administrations have been spending millions of dollars as aid to democracy in Cuba with very poor results.

El Abicú Liberal shows on his web site some videos of Cuba before 1959 that well  promoted to the Cuban population, would allow them the acquisition of democratic and anti-Castro awareness needed to make nonsense of such heinous regime without the use of millions of dollars of American taxpayers.
