Sen. Rand Paul on Temporary Budget Extension: 'We’re not even close.'

Next week the operating funds for the federal government run out, but unless there are more cuts to the proposed budget extension Sen. Rand Paul said he will not vote for it – even if it risks a federal shutdown.
“You have to do much more. We’re not even close,” the co-founder of the Senate Tea Party caucus and author of "The Tea Party Goes to Washington" said.
