ITU to support development of telecommunications in Cuba

HAVANA, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) will support the development of telecommunications in Cuba, especially in the broadband connection to computerize social programs throughout the island, ITU Secretary-General Hamadou Toure said here Tuesday.
